How a Two-Person Team Ships 100+ Ads a Month
Meta rewards volume and variety, not perfection. The production system that lets a small senior team out-ship departments, without burning out or burning budget.

Strong accounts run a lot of creative. Not because more is always better, but because Meta finds buyers by testing many different ads against many different people, and it needs real variety to do that.
For a two-person shop, that sounds impossible. It isn’t. Volume is a systems problem, not a headcount problem. Here’s the system we run.
1. Separate the message from the format
A hundred ads a month isn’t a hundred ideas. It’s more like eight to ten proven messages, each made in four or five formats, with a few hook variations on the strongest. The idea is the expensive part. The format is the cheap part.
2. Shoot for a library, not for one ad
One well planned studio day gives you weeks of footage: the product from every angle, the demo at every satisfying moment, b-roll, and a creator reading several scripts. We cut and recombine that footage all month instead of booking a shoot for every concept.
3. Use AI production for the gaps
Some concepts would need a location, a cast, or a setup we can’t justify for one test. That’s where our AI video pipeline comes in: realistic creator-style videos, product scenes, and concepts we can make in hours instead of days. It doesn’t replace real footage. It keeps volume moving when a shoot day isn’t worth it.
4. Mine the winners
About half of every month’s batch is iterations of what’s already working: new hooks on proven bodies, shorter cuts, different creators. It’s the fastest, cheapest creative you’ll ever make, and it has the best hit rate.
5. Turn every brief into a system
Every month starts the same way: a review of what won and lost, a refresh of the customer language bank, and a plan mapped to awareness levels. Every file follows the same naming convention, so anyone can find any ad and see what it came from. Nobody waits on a meeting to know what to make next.
6. Make variety visual
New headlines on the same video aren’t new ads. New creators, settings, formats, and looks are. When we plan a batch, we check that the ads actually look different from each other, because that’s what gets them shown to new people.
7. Cut losers fast
Shipping more ads only works if cutting losers is automatic. Every ad gets a target CPA and a kill threshold before it runs. Past the threshold with no purchase, it’s off. That’s what makes high volume safe: more structured tests, not more gambling.
The point
Two people can out-produce a department when one shoot day, one proven message, and one winning angle each turn into a month of creative. If creative output is what’s holding your account back, the answer usually isn’t another hire. It’s a better system.
Do this this week
Count how many genuinely different ads you launched last month. Not variations of copy. Different-looking ads.
List your top three messages and how many formats each has run in.
Plan one shoot day designed to feed the whole next month, not one ad.
